Graham Whitelaw will soon begin a joint appointment in the School of Environmental Studies and School of Urban and Regional Planning at Queen’s University, Kingston. He is currently a postdoctoral fellow with the Department of Environment and Resource Studies, University of Waterloo. His research focuses on the role of civil society in planning and management processes.
